Applications: This transparent, light-transmitting demister series demister/gas-liquid separator is simple to operate, has low pressure drop, and is suitable for both vertical and horizontal airflows. Utilizing a specially designed curved channel, the water-laden airflow is deflected within the channel, and inertia forces the water droplets to adhere to the channel wall. As the droplets accumulate, smaller droplets grow into larger ones, which then fall under gravity, thus separating the liquid from the airflow. This significantly reduces the moisture content of the air downstream of the demister, protecting equipment or materials from the effects of humid air.
Made with a special high-performance transparent polymer material, it allows light to pass through while achieving gas-liquid separation, meeting the lighting requirements of various scenarios—a unique advantage not found in traditional demisters.
Primarily used in luxury yachts, high-end buildings, engine rooms, data centers, power distribution rooms, and special warehouses—scenarios requiring both cooling and ventilation, as well as lighting.
