Utilizing a specially designed curved channel, the waterladen airflow is deflected within the curved channel, and inertia forces the water droplets in the airflow to be thrown against the channel wall and adhere to it. As the droplets continuously collect, small droplets become larger and fall off under gravity, thus separating the liquid from the airflow. This reduces the moisture content of the air downstream of the demister, preventing the equipment or materials downstream from being affected by humid air.
Using special high-performance transparent polymer materials, it can achieve gas-liquid separation while ensuring that light can enter smoothly, meeting the lighting requirements of relevant scenarios. This is a unique advantage that traditional demisters do not have.
