Tube bundle demister:

Tube bundle dust and mist eliminators are key end-of-pipe purification devices in wet desulfurization systems, specifically designed for industrial flue gas (especially the outlet flue gas from desulfurization towers in coal-fired power plants, steel mills, and chemical plants). Through a combined mechanism of centrifugal separation and physical interception, they efficiently remove mist droplets, dust, and slurry particles entrained in the flue gas, avoiding secondary pollution problems such as "gypsum rain" and "equipment corrosion." They are a core component ensuring ultra-low emissions and stable system operation. Their core structure consists of a straight cylinder, swirl vanes, a venturi, hexagonal flanges, a flushing system, and a support frame. Employing a single-cylinder design, they can flexibly adapt to different specifications of desulfurization towers and are widely used in environmental retrofitting and new construction projects in high-pollution emission industries such as power, metallurgy, and chemicals.

Key Highlights

1. Swirl Vanes: The core component of the tube bundle, their primary function is to guide the airflow into a stable rotational motion. Through optimized vane angle design, airflow resistance is reduced while maximizing the centrifugal force field intensity, thereby improving particle capture efficiency.

2. Venturi: As a key pretreatment component for droplet condensation, it adopts a classic streamlined structure of "contraction-throat-expansion," with a smooth surface treatment to reduce scale buildup. When flue gas flows through the contraction section, the flow velocity is further increased, forming a local negative pressure zone at the throat, inducing thorough mixing of the surrounding airflow and droplets.

Advantages of In-House Production

1. All components of the tube bundle demister are manufactured using our own molds and production lines; we do not purchase semi-finished products from external suppliers.

From raw material selection, injection molding, precision grinding, component assembly to finished product testing, the entire process is completed in a closed loop within the factory, resulting in higher overall equipment fit and stable long-term operation.

2. We uniformly purchase brand-new virgin raw materials, which are dense, smooth, acid and alkali resistant, and anti-aging. They are not easily deformed, cracked, or accumulate scale under long-term exposure to the high-temperature saturated flue gas environment of desulfurization, reducing replacement costs in the future.

3. With its own design and production workshop, we can adjust the tube bundle layout, cylinder height, module specifications, and provide customized solutions for special operating conditions based on the customer's desulfurization tower inner diameter, on-site installation conditions, and emission modification requirements, without being limited by standard parts.

4. Our own workshop enables batch production and maintains a standard specification inventory. Rush orders can be quickly put into production and shipped, ensuring product quality while shortening delivery time to maximize customer satisfaction.

5. Each batch of parts and finished products undergoes random sampling inspection for sealing and structural strength before leaving the factory. We have a professional technical team to provide on-site installation guidance and operational debugging. Replacement parts are supplied directly from the original manufacturer, ensuring more efficient maintenance response.
