Tube bundle demister:

The biggest improvement of the fifthgeneration tube bundle demister compared to the previous four generations lies in the addition of a highly efficient selfinterception system. This system improves dust removal efficiency without increasing additional resistance. After the flue gas passes through the cyclone plate, centrifugal force is generated, throwing liquid droplets and dust in the flue gas onto the cylinder wall, rapidly forming a liquid film. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid film moves along the cylinder wall at a certain angle. The first three generations of tube bundle products lacked effective liquid film interception measures on the cylinder wall, leading to secondary entrainment of the liquid film near the tube bundle outlet under high flow conditions, resulting in poor dust removal efficiency.

The fifth-generation tube bundle demister's unique self-interception system can quickly intercept and collect the liquid film adsorbed on the cylinder wall, directing it into its unique liquid storage tank. The liquid film in the storage tank condenses into large water droplets, which are then directly guided by the storage tank to the lower part of the absorption tower, preventing the liquid film from being carried out of the tube bundle during its upward movement along the cylinder wall, thus completely solving the entrainment problem at the tube bundle outlet. This system does not add additional resistance, can be applied to a wider range of operating conditions, and ensures efficient dust and mist removal.
