XYX210 Ridge-type Demister/Gas-Liquid Separator:
Applications: The XYX210+ series demister/gas-liquid separator is simple to operate, has low pressure drop, and is a blade-type baffle demister suitable for vertical airflow. The streamlined blades of the demister/gas-liquid separator deflect the airflow carrying droplets. The inertia of the droplets causes them to accumulate on the blade surface, where tiny droplets merge to form larger droplets, which are then discharged downwards under gravity. It is mainly used in flue gas desulfurization absorption towers in thermal power plants, sintering machine flue gas desulfurization absorption towers in steel plants, vertical flue gas absorption towers, gas scrubbing towers, and gas scrubbing devices in waste incineration plants.
Product Description: The XYX210+ is installed at the top of the desulfurization tower and is suitable for gas-liquid separation of vertical airflow. The demister/gas-liquid separator is shipped as a modular unit, allowing for direct assembly and connection on-site. The XYX210+ series demister is equipped with a PN10-level flushing system using solid full-cone flushing nozzles.
Product Features: Low pressure loss, simple and reliable structure, and low maintenance cost. Equipped with an automatic flushing system, it is easy to clean and does not accumulate scale. The outlet droplet content is ≤50mg/Nm3, the resistance is ≤150Pa, and the limiting separation diameter is 24μm.
