Utilizing a specially designed curved channel, the water-laden airflow is deflected as it flows within the channel, using inertia to throw water droplets onto the channel wall, where they adhere. As the droplets accumulate, smaller droplets grow into larger ones, which then fall under gravity, thus separating the liquid from the airflow. This reduces the moisture content of the air downstream of the demister, protecting adjacent equipment or materials from the effects of humid air.
Utilizing a special high-performance transparent polymer material, this demister achieves gas-liquid separation while allowing light to pass through, meeting the lighting requirements of relevant scenarios—
a unique advantage not found in traditional demisters.
