Transparent light-transmitting defogger:


Applications: This transparent, light-transmitting demister series demister/gas-liquid separator is simple to operate, has low pressure drop, and is suitable for both vertical and horizontal airflows. Utilizing a specially designed curved channel, the water-laden airflow is deflected as it flows within the channel, using inertia to throw water droplets onto the channel wall, where they adhere. As the droplets accumulate, smaller droplets grow into larger ones, which then fall under gravity, thus separating the liquid from the airflow. This reduces the moisture content of the air downstream of the demister, protecting adjacent equipment or materials from the effects of humid air.

Utilizing a special high-performance transparent polymer material, this demister achieves gas-liquid separation while allowing light to pass through, meeting the lighting requirements of relevant scenarios—

a unique advantage not found in traditional demisters.

Primarily used in luxury yachts, high-end buildings, engine rooms, data centers, power distribution rooms, and specialized warehouses—scenarios requiring both airflow for cooling and ventilation, and light-

ing.

high-temperature environments (up to 170℃). Resistant to seawater and rainwater corrosion, it can operate stably and for extended periods in marine environments. It also possesses excellent properties

such as high strength, high impact resistance, shatter resistance, flame retardancy, UV resistance, and aesthetic appeal.

Low pressure loss, high separation efficiency, and resistance to clogging. An automatic flushing system can be configured for easy cleaning and scale prevention.
